Pricing

Reverse Delivery provides tailored commercial proposals based on each client’s logistics setup, service requirements,

and operating model.

Tailored Pricing Approach

Because every business has different delivery and return requirements, our pricing is not based on a standard public rate card.

Each proposal is reviewed individually based on the services needed, expected shipment activity, coverage areas, and the level of operational support required.

This allows us to recommend a pricing structure that fits the actual business model rather than applying a generic price.

What We Consider

When preparing a pricing proposal, we may consider factors such as:

  • Expected monthly shipment or return volumes
  • Pickup points, delivery areas, and return destinations
  • Required services, including returns, pickups, exchanges, last-mile delivery, warehousing, or cross-border support
  • Service frequency, operational workload, and required turnaround times
  • Product handling needs, such as inspection, sorting, repacking, fragile items, or bulky goods
  • Technology requirements, including Shopify, API integration, dashboards, or manual order upload
  • Customer communication, tracking visibility, reporting, and account support requirements

Commercial Proposal

A commercial proposal is shared after reviewing the client’s requirements and confirming the service scope.

The final pricing is agreed before any service is activated.

Any changes to the agreed scope, volume, service level, or operating conditions may require a pricing review.

All commercial terms are confirmed with the client before implementation.
