  • Services: Reverse logistics, return management, pickup and delivery services, tracking, integrations, and related solutions provided by Reverse Delivery.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

4. Accounts

a. Certain Services may require account registration.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

5. Services Description

Reverse Delivery provides logistics and reverse-logistics solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Product returns and exchange handling

  • Pickup and delivery coordination

  • Shipment tracking and reporting

  • Platform and API integrations

Service availability may vary by location and is subject to change.

6. Fees and Payments

a. Fees will be communicated via the platform, quotation, or a separate service agreement.
b. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
c. Late payments may result in service suspension.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment, return, and contact details

  • Ensure shipments comply with UAE laws, customs rules, and prohibited item regulations

  • Properly package goods for transport

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Reverse Delivery. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Reverse Delivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reverse Delivery from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
